Celebrate Arts Festival weekend with Cubavera
Among out gloom and doom, there are still many bright spots. This weekend is the Coconut Grove Arts Festival which is a highlight of the year.
Cubavera & Complot magazine is holding Cubavera & The Arts, a party at the Hunter Gallery, to kick off the Coconut Grove Arts Festival.
Thursday, February 16 will be a night of art, music, film and fashion from 9 pm to midnight.
The evening will feature the opening of the Cubavera pop-up shop, Axis Band performing live, the premiere of "Sigue tu Corazon" music video by Miami Cinema Center, live painter Sofia Maldonado, live portrait artists and complimentary hors d'oeuvres from Macy's catering.
