"Holy Purple, Batman!"
It was "pretty in purple" all night at The Loft on Commodore Plaza as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation Society Marathon Team in Training held a fundraiser during Gallery Walk night, the color purple as their theme. Purple covered red velvet cupcakes by Mishas were served along with wine and other goodies as guests enjoyed the art of Alfredo Gonzales-Alvares "Alva".
Giana Levya and Yvonne Rosemeier served as hosts for the evening. The party spilled out onto the street as guests mixed and mingled and melded with the overflow from the Framworks crowd next door, who were enjoying a display of student art at the frame shop. That corner of Commodore and Grand was quite lively all evening making it the place to be on Saturday night.
Alva's pop art will be on display all month at The Loft, stop by daily at 3190 Commodore Plaza to check it out.
