The Loft (3190 Commodore Plaza) is having a Visualization Workshop on Saturday, November 12. Learn how the power of intention and visualization can help you manifest the life of your dreams. This workshop will teach you to discover the power that visualization creates in ones life.

Pilar Herreros is your host, she is a spiritual life coach, CTA certified as a Reiki Master and Pilates Apparatus Certified instructor.
