The heavy rains have been doing some damage
Looks like all the heavy rain we have been having is not being kind to boats in the area, but I guess the bright side is that we are not in the Northeast with the remnants of Irene.
It was a busy morning yesterday with Atlantis Marine Towing and Salvage, Coconut Grove.
Pictured here is a twenty five foot openfish boat that sunk over night with all the rain. The vessel was located behind the owner's residence in the south Grove.
Boat is off to the mechanics and should be back home by now.
