New anatomy art classes begin next week
Anatomy Art Classes are beginning at the Artway66 Gallery at the Mayfair Promenade. Local artist Joseph Grant will conduct the six week sketch art class. No previous art experience is necessary.
The classes from June 11 to July 16 are designed to help each student get a clearer understanding of the human form and its proportions. Throughout this class Joseph will encourage students to find his/her personal techniques and styles. This class will consist of live nude models so participants must be 18 or older.
Classes will be held Saturdays from noon to 2 pm. Cost is $25 per hour or $250 for the entire six weeks (does not include supplies). Minimum enrollment is 4 classes, Maximum is 10.
