Florida Running Company now open in the Grove

The Florida Running Company, a new running specialty store, has opened at 3407 Main Highway.

The store is owned and managed by runners who provide complimentary gait analysis when you come in to purhcase running shoes and apparel. Group runs are being held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm and Saturday at 6:30 am. Participants can leave their belongs in the store for safe keeping during the run.

They have joined with Pilates in the Grove for the next event, which is Thursday, June 16. It starts at the Florida Running Company at 6 pm. Anyone making a purchase at that time will receive a 10% discount. At 7 pm a three-mile run will begin and it will end at Pilates in the Grove on Virginia Street, with a rigorous Pilates session.
