Shake-A-Leg Miami celebrates 20th anniversary

Shake-A-Leg Miami celebrated its 20th Anniversary on Friday. The party took place inside the historic Coast Guard Hangar which is used for their programs with disabled children and adults. Above are Yuli Benson, Harry Horgan, Jamilet Caluino, Manuela Hoyas.

There was a ring toss game, prizes were bottles of wine or rum and a Lock Box game allowed people to purchas keys to a box that contained two American Airlines tickets to anywhere in the US. $5000 was raised in scholarship money to send underserved children to Shake-A-Leg's summer camp this year. All other proceeds went to help Shake-A-Leg Miami's
programs with the disabled, veterans and water recreation for all.

The food was catered by Le Frajole who served up great appetizers and had a pasta bar with chicken, shrimp and mushroom options. Music was provided by local band Lanzallamas.
