Fresh Market's First Taste of Summer weekend

The Fresh Market is having the First Taste of Summer this weekend. From 1 to 5 pm enjoy cooking demonstrations and lots of samplings.

The Fresh Flavors Chef Cooking Demonstration today from 3 to 5 pm includes how to prepare Chicken Fajitas with zesty lime and avocado slaw. There are a lot of "buy this, get that free" specials, too.
