Learn to make pizza with Chef Jonathan Eismann

How would you like to learn to make pizza? Chef Jonathan Eismann, dubbed by The New York Times as creator of Miami’s Best Pizza will be offering two classes at Spartico, the Italian restaurant at the Mayfair Hotel (3000 Florida Avenue).

“The secret ingredient to pizza is the hand that makes it," says Chef Eismann, shown here. And in this case, it will be your own hands.

Get to know the secrets behind Spartico's success. There are two classes, one on Saturday, April 30 and another on Saturday, May 14. Guests will be greeted with their own Spartico apron and learn the tricks of the trade at the new phenomenal Italian trattoria, gaining access to an Ambrogi wood-burning oven (shown above), seasonally harvested grains and an award-winning chef’s personal instruction.

The classes are 11 am to 1:30 pm and 2 to 3:30 pm both days. This include a four-course meal each including a glass of wine and pizza made with your own hand and the Spartico apron.

Cost is $50 for adults and $35 for children including tax & gratuity. Reservations are required, please call 305-779-5100.
