Scherley Busch's "Eco Abastractions" premiers
“Keeping it Real - Eco Abstractions” – a one woman show by internationally fine arts photographer Scherley Busch, opened Saturday night at the Coconut Grove Arts Festival's "front"gallery, their second space at the Mayfair Atrium. This is proving to be a perfect gallery spot. The high ceilings and large area are perfecting for hanging art and mixing and mingling.
Nola and Mike Richardson visited with Scherley at the reception.
Ed and Carol Williamson (Williamson Cadillac), Scherley, Grace Wang and Steve Pabalan stand in front of a wall of Scherley's South Florida images, they are photographs, that almost look like drawings of older times, but they are modern scenes. Hard to explain, but amazing to see.

Donna Sweeney was looking one way, this man, another. I don't think they even know each other, but I thought it was a funny image.
The exhibition runs through March 21. The Coconut Grove Arts Festival Gallery is located in the Shoppes at Mayfair (3390 Mary Street, Suite 128).
Scherley Busch will conduct a “Meet the Artist at the Gallery” during the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, President’s Day Weekend, February 19 – 21, from 10 am – 6 pm.
