Sonesta is now hosting Friday Night Wine Tastings
Wine Educator, Barry Alberts, has moved his well-known Friday Night Wine Tasting Series to the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel (2889 McFarlane Road). The series is now entering it 19th year as one of the longest ongoing wine tastings in the country.
The tastings takes place at Panorama Restaurant and Sky Lounge on the hotel’s 8th floor, offering one of the most spectacular panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Dinner Key. The tastings occur every Friday night from 7:00 to 9:30 pm. Cost is $15 and reservations are not required. Each week will feature 10 wines by theme, grape type, region or country of origin and includes a complimentary artisan cheese platter. Along with the Tasting Series Panorama Restaurant & Sky Lounge will feature a special fixed price three course dinner menu.
Complementary (free) valet parking is available as well as on street parking in front of the hotel. There's also the "Wine and Food Pairing Dinner Series" and rare wine tastings and dinners. For upcoming tastings and information please call Barry at 305 793-3120.
