Miami Reggae Festival coming to Peacock Park
Rockaz MVMT, the production team that brought the Bayside Rocks Festival to Bayfront Park in November is presenting a free Miami Reggae Festival at Peacock Park in Coconut Grove, on Saturday, April 30.
The music starts at 2 pm and goes until 11 pm. It's a family day of music and unity.
Rockaz MVMT is proud to host Toots & the Maytals, Midnite, Cultura Profetica and Jahfe.
"We are using the educational aspect of entertainment to bring knowledge to the public, to educate towards a positive structure. We are using the moral responsibility of our audience: eco, health, growing, hunger, education, hope, etc. by keeping an event that satisfies the climate of global change recognizing these efforts. A love supreme, a new behavior for our human existence," said Alfonso D'Niscio Brooks, president of Rockaz MVMT.
