Free Boot Camp offered Saturday at Kennedy Park
Andy Clark of Alien Endurance is offering a free Endurance Boot Camp this Saturday, December 4 at Kennedy Park. The Boot Camp starts at 8:30 am, near the volleyball pit. Class is open to anyone and to all fitness levels, bring a bottle of water and workout towel.
