El Sitio restaurant opens on Main Highway tonight
El Sitio, the new Colombian-style restaurant opens tonight at 3480 Main Highway; it's a soft opening, tomorrow will be the official opening. Drop by for morcilla, skirt steak, sausages, burgers, ribs, salmon and much more.
All of their desserts and sauces are created fresh daily in their kitchen. They will have live music, special events, concerts, dancing, private events and all day drink specials. I stopped by today and heard the band doing mic checks, at first I thought it was the Black Eyed Peas because, "I got a feeling," sounded just like them!
El Sitio is open from 11am to 11 pm Monday through Wednesday; 11 am to 3 am Thursday though Saturday and 9 am to 11 pm on Sundays, so breakfast will be served Sundays. The chef's name is Omar Pascasio. The owner is well-known Colombian singer, Moris Rodriguez.
