Join the Kula Jam with Jason Lawner
The Kula Jam, an Anusara inspired Yoga practice is being led by Jason Lawner (left) at the Dharma Studio (3170 Commodore Plaza) on Sunday, November 21 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm.
This yoga adventure is open to all intermediate and advanced students with a working knowledge of Ansuara Yoga, who are willing to play their edge and support others in doing the same.
In the Anusara tradition, all students will be honored for their unique contribution to the harmonious group to create the tightness of a family.
Cost is $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Please call 305-461-1777.
