It's a moving Christmas lighted pedicab

This weird looking contraption, all lit up with Christmas lights, is some sort of pedicab pulled by Sammy. He peddled in all the way from South Beach.

I guess South Beach isn't buying any rides, so he came all the way to the Grove. He appeared on Friday night and said he would be here every night, but an hour after he rode around town without any takers, I saw his pedicab sidled up next to Burger King near US1. So apparently he was on his way back to South Beach and he stopped for a bite on the way.

Guess Spider-man and the others in the Grove don't have to worry about any competition.
