They should start ticketing themselves

We were in The Bookstore and noticed that a tour bus stopped on Virginia Street and let the tourists in through the side door, rather than the front door. This is why, the cops continue to park in the tour bus loading zone. Ironically, all the civilian cars that block the bus zone are picked off like flies daily with tickets. But the police are overlooked when it comes to ticket writing.

Luckily the tour buses make an effort to stop, and let the tourists out, albeit illegally, but the cops are parked illegally, so why not the tour buses?

We wonder how many buses just keep going when they can't find parking because of the police and others block their legal access. Loss of business for the Grove.
