It's "Trunk or Treat" Halloween party
Virrick Park along with the Sankofa Society will be holding a Trunk or Treat Halloween party at Virrick Park on October 31. This is a daytime event for families, and the trunk is the car trunk.
People will be asked to decorate their car trunks and have candy in there for kids, so they can go trick-or-treating from trunk to trunk, rather than house to house.
The NET office is seeing candy donations for the event, you can drop off the candy at the office (2820 McFarlane Road, the glass house) or call 305-960-4670 for more info.
