For a special change, try Uncork and Un "Wine"

The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove (3000 SW 27 Avenue) is offering a five-course culinary experience with their Executive Chef and Sommelier, Saturday, October 16 and November 20.

The interactive dinner begins with gourmet hors d' oeuvres in the Lobby Lounge and then the five course Italian dinner is presented in Biscaya, the hotels award-winning restaurant. Dinner is paired with wines from Bodegas Ignacio Marin.The Chef engages guests from behind the scenes with a flat screen setup and live feed from the Ritz-Carlton kitchen, the Sommelier details the wines from the Zaragoza wine region, creating an intimate and enjoyable experience.

Cost is $75 per person, both Saturdays, the dinner starts at 7 pm. Valet parking is complimentary.
