An evening of Opera and Jazz at La Bottega

Critically acclaimed Mezzo Soprano Amanda Crider will be presenting an evening of Opera and Jazz classics at La Bottega's Rhythm & Wine program, Friday, August 27. There are two shows, one at 8 and one at 10 pm. Each show will be preceded by a wine reception (7:30 and 9:30 pm respectively).

Amanda will perform a repertoire of Bizet, Berlin, Mozart, Gershwin, Rossini, Puccini and Porter. She has been praised for her "focused golden toned voice," and called "vocally magnificent," by The Miami Herald. Amanda made her Carnegie Hall debut in the fall of 2007 singing as mezzo soloist in Messiah with the New England Symphonic Ensemble.

Seating is limited for both shows, the cost is $30 per person, there is an extensive wine and drink list and a dinner menu is also available. Admission is free for La Cava Club members.
