Burn Notice lease renewed for another year

The City Commission approved an additional one-year lease, with an option to renew after that, for Burn Notice to continue filming in the Coconut Grove Expo Center. The production company is very happy with that.

Keep in mind, the cast lives in the Grove, most of them anyway, and while they love filming here, they do film all over the county. If they had the option to find bigger and better studio space somewhere else in the City, it behooves them to grab it. Why not work in first class conditions if given the opportunity?

While we love them at the Expo Center and never want them to leave, we love having them as neighbors, too.

Speaking of neighbors, we see the new cast member Coby Bell (shown here) almost daily, he lives in the Center Grove and can be seen hanging out all the time. He plays Jesse Garcia. You may remember him from Third Watch, The Game and L.A. Doctors.
