An elegant recital among the royal poincianas
It was a night of culture on Saturday, as the Windisch-Hunt Gallery presented the Center of Emerging Art and the CEA Chamber Ensemble. Oderlyn Guitiez on the flute, Beatriz Vera on the violin and Paul Martin on the guitar, performed "An Evening in Spain," surrounded by the newest exhibition in the gallery -- Royal Poinciana paintings of all types and styles. Above, Artistic Director Ava L. Rado, introduces the program.
Wine, music and art were the theme of the night, as music and art lovers converted on the gallery for an elegant evening.
At right: Atena Komar and Ed de Jong, were part of the locals who enjoyed the entertainment. Fantazia, Jota for Flute and Guitar, Fandango, La Vida Breve and Tocata were just a few of the numbers performed.
