Be glad it wasn't a horse
We were down the block, helping install peacocks today and we heard lots of shouting, really loud yelling. It was the staff at George's in the Grove on Commodore Plaza. They were out today with their little white donkey.
Univision tv was showing them live at news cut ins during the day. It all had to do with the World Cup game with France against Mexico. The purpose of the donkey was that the losing team's fans would have to kiss the little donkey's ass. Looks like George will have to do some kissing, as Mexico won the match 2 to 0.
George's like most of the Grove bars and restaurants, are showing all the World Cup games live, yesterday morning we entered one place for breakfast about 8:30 am and already there was a large crowd there watching the game and cheering on Chile and Honduras.
