This is a great philosophy that the new Lulu restaurant (opening in July) has.
It would be great if every business operated with this customer being first ethic in mind.
Too many places in the Grove have terrible customer service and while they think they are being nice and accommodating the customer, they aren't.
I am sure we can all think of a few places who need to change to better succeed.
How many times are we treated as interruptions rather than the purpose of them being there?
