Senior moments at MiaSci all summer

Miami Science Museum (3280 S. Miami Avenue) is introducing the Senior Summer Sciences Series (say that three times fast).

From May 26 to September 1, 2010, every other Wednesday at 10:30 am, enjoy lectures, interactive demonstrations, exhibit tours and breakfast!

First up on May 26 is "Aging and the Brain: All you wanted to know and never dared to ask," a presentation by Dr. Walter Bradley, Neurologist and Neuroscientist at the University of Miami. Dr. Bradley's recent book, "Treating the Brain," tells the layperson how the brain works and what happens in diseases like stroke, Alzheimer's and Parkinsons.

Cost for the summer series is $5 per session or $35, which includes eight sessions and an individual Museum membership.
