Is tonight's Strut meeting a board meeting?
Last Tuesday, seven people were elected to the King Mango Strut board of directors. The board must be approved by the current and only two board members Glenn Terry and Antoinette Baldwin.
There is another meeting tonight of the "7 + 2" at The Grove Spot 3324 Virginia Street, 7 pm), but it doesn't look as if the board is going to be approved by Glenn. This letter was sent early this morning:
Hello you guys,
I appreciate you offering your time and expertise to resolve the continuing problems of the King Mango Strut parade. I want to make it clear that tonight's planned gathering is not, as advertised, a "Board Meeting of the KMS Inc. 7+2". It is not a board meeting of anything. At best is a meeting of people who would like to be on the board of KMS, Inc or some other organization. As I have said many times before, I have never agreed to expand the KMS Inc. board according to Len's plan.
