Nomade Gallery presenting live model shoot
The Nomade Gallery (3133 Commodore Plaza) is debuting four artists this month during the First Saturday Gallery Walk, who include photographer Wick Beavers who is the keynote artist and entertainer; Danny Catania who is May’s “Featured Artist”, Malayasian artist Long Looi Lee and femme photographer Charis Kirchheimer.
Wick Beavers invites patrons to experience a live model photo-shoot inspired by the early 20th century sculpture masterpiece "Le Penseur" by artist Auguste Rodin. The life-size photographs will be printed on-site at Nomade, allowing the signed museum quality prints to be available for purchase immediately following the shoot.
The Gallery Walk is Saturday, May 1 from 7 to 11 pm, the art will be on display through the end of the month. For info, please call 786-464-0289 or email info@nomadearts.com.
