Dinner and a movie at Dharma Studio
Natalie and Loree will be cooking a vegetarian and organic meal, then a documentary, the "Y Yoga Movie, will be shown, which examines the influence of yoga in modern times.
Filmmaker Arthur Klein turned to yoga for relief in New York City, in an effort to regain inner peace and balance in the aftermath of 9/11. A year after he began a disciplined daily practice, two of his teachers asked him to create a film to document trends that were unfolding within the yoga community. For six years Klein explored the Western yogic experience, and captured its essence through a collection of distinctly American stories. In this movie, he examines why people do yoga and how it changes them.
