The oil painting above is by Melissa Schwartz, grade 12, from Dr. Michael Krop Senior High. The Young Artists' Gallery is a popular event each year, usually held on the Arts Festival Weekend. Each year the talented students show off and sell most of their art at the Woman's Club event.
This was not only the artists' preview party, but the Coconut Grove Woman's Club also celebrated it's 119th anniversary last night. They are located at 2985 S. Bayshore Drive.
