The helicopters want to stay

Helicopters Over Miami has an on line petition. They would like to stay put in Coconut Grove, where they are on a barge off the shore. Being that aviation got its start in Miami at Dinner Key (City Hall is actually the Pan Am Terminal), they feel they should stay.
