"Heavy Duty" needs a new nickname

Grovite Carlos Veciana, teacher at the Arts and Minds School, is a new person, he lost at least half his old weight; 130 pounds! Here is is before and after, with trainer, Andy Clark.

He traded in the bar stool at Sandbar for the training and boot camp! Carlos also has completely revamped his eating habits and follows a healthy nutrition plan. His exercise regimen included 2-3 personal training sessions per week, daily cardio, and SET boot camp twice per week.

When Andy first started working with Carlos he couldn't walk for five minutes without needing a break. Not only has he lost all the weight, but he will be running his first 5K in two weeks and plans to run a half marathon and venture into the triathlon world as well! His consistency and hard work has allowed him to see tremendous results.

Carlos has a nickname: "Heavy Duty," but obviously, he needs a new one now.

Andy Clark, his trainer is running a contest. The winner will receive three free training sessions. Please email Andy with your new nickname for Carlos and the winner will be announced in a few weeks.
