Chef Christopher Cramer's inspired evening
At an exclusive, invitation only tasting, Chef Cramer infused the newest global flavors with the most incredible sunset views from the Sonesta's eighth floor.
The signature Peruvian dishes included Anticucho de Corazon, a Traditional beef heart skewers, aji panca and huancaina sauces, Papa a la Huancaina, a Chilled potato with a creamy yellow pepper cheese sauce, Cau Cau de Conches, Miniature scallops, potato, cau cau sauce and Langosta con Papaya y Mango, Lobster ceviche with papaya and mango (shown here).
The guests understood why the Panorama Restaurant and Sky Lounge won first place three years in a row at The Great Taste of the Grove.
