Tignanello Wine Dinner presented by La Bottega
At the reception enjoy skewered shrimp and scallops served over a Bernaise sauce paired with Montenisa Franciacorta Brut.
The appetizer: Grilled octopus marinated with EVOO, garlic and Italian herbs, served over a bed of tri color salad, paired with Guado al Tasso Vermentino 2008.
First Course: Candela pasta “rotta-a-mano” and cooked al dente, tossed with a hearty and tender lamb ragu, paired with Peppoli Chianti Classico 2006.
Main Course: 16 oz. prime Fiorentina steak, aged 21-days and grilled to perfection, served with roasted rosemary potatoes and arugula salad, paired with Tignanello 2006.
Dessert: Perugia’s chocolate mousse with sprinkled Sicilian pistachio nuts, paired with Muffato della Sala.
Cost is $85.00 per person + tax and 20% service charge
