The circus is coming to town

circus
For weeks, the circus has been coming to town, to the Windisch-Hunt Gallery (2911 Grand Avenue). This Saturday is the big night, during the First Saturday Art Stoll when all will be revealed.

Above is the installation of "Under the Big Top" By Regina McFall.

Artwork has been arriving at the gallery for about a month now from all over Florida and has a been a surprise and delight as each circus themed piece comes out of its wrappings. The reception is Saturday, February 6 at 7 pm.

Most of the famous artists like Picasso, Chagall and Botero have dealt with this delightful subject matter. This Saturday, look for a bearded lady, the Boritto Brother jugglers along with clowns, trapeze artists and a magician.

Ok lets keep these comments appropriate to the post I truly resent the above comment when our community of artists work hard to bring this free venue. You could have dignified your post with your nome de plum, antonymous is really not very original.

Apparently the clown that told you to get a grip does not even know the meaning of nome de plum.

Anna Marie you do good work for the community, shrug that clown off.
