Chris Carpenter retires from Coconut Grove Bank
Chris Carpenter retired from the Coconut Grove Bank the other night, after 40 years. Above are Chris, her husband Jim, Sandy and Ty Roche, Maria Montesino, Haydee Orozco, and Bob Coords (bank CEO).
In 1976, for the bank's 50th anniversary, Chris and others in 1926 period costume, had a ribbon cutting ceremony for the branch opening on the corner of Main Highway and McFarlane, which stood there for so many years until Coldwell Banker took it over a couple of years ago.

Glad you posted this accolade to Chris. As one of her clients for many many years I was happy for her to be able to retire, and sad for me to lose such a great account manager!
Congratulations on your retirement Chris!! Well deserved and the best for you and your family.
Thanks for all that you did for making banking such a pleasure. You are truly one of a kind. The best..
That is so cool. Love the old pictures of the Grove. Congrats to Chris.
