pretty funny that the camera's view will be blocked by that waste of money otherwise known as the black box.

Another Camera was installed in the park across from Mutiny Bay Hotel. Very hard to find, but it is there. My toy poodle always smiles at it.

Maybe this is the City's 'fun-detecting device' .. if anyone in Coconut Grove is caught having fun, it immediately alerts the police and Sarnoff's office and the fun is stopped at once

Seriously though, Is it a traffic cam, is it one of those that take a picture and send you a little ticket in the mail, is it supposed to help with crime... what is that camera for?
