People are out and about despite the rain
Lots of rain today as a cold front passes through. It won't be as cold as last week, but it will be about 60 degrees tonight.
Mounted Officer David Patton was out and about in the rain all day. He's quite friendly and likes to stop with his horse and visit people along his beat.
The only thing pretty about today is the horse and the colorful umbrellas you see along the streets. But in spite of the rain, the restaurants are full and the tour buses have been stopping on schedule. The Mayfair Antique Market is open and that's a great place for indoor shopping, they'll be open all day tomorrow, too.
