I must say that while there isn't a lot of stopped traffic in the South Grove, I live on Loquat Avenue and nearly get hit every morning while walking my dog and baby by parents rushing their kids to Ransom and Carrollton. The street is very narrow. We have not side walks. People speed. They think going 30-35 miles an hour is driving slowly, but I assure you it isn't when there are people on the street and cars moving in both directions. It isn't pleasent to walk on a street that is used as a cut through by people in large SUV's, on their phones and without any consideration for the residents.

What is traffic calming. I am all for it. Crossing Bayshore even with the caution light is crazy!

Caution lights aren't cutting it. the intersection of Commodore and Main Highway is a tragedy waiting to happen. That intersection needs a light.

Joanna, I agree. I live in North Grove by Ransom.. Traffic in the morning is ridiculous. In the afternoon, even more ridiculous. People dont realize that because we dont have sidewalks, we have the right to walk our dogs on the side of the street. They actually honk the horn sometimes.

I think traffic is nearly non-existent in the Grove. Stop wasting money on silly circles and speed bumps and start solving the real problems.

The traffic light on Ingraham and Douglas has brought way too much traffic....Now people have no choice but to use side streets to get around quickly. I myself cut through loquat everyday - but its a main cut through street. You have to realize that before you move onto a street like that. Its expected.

To 9:06 am,
Please let the Loquat people know what street you live on. We would like to speed down your street, too. Do you have any pets or children you need to worry about. That would help us go even faster. Hope there's stop signs there for us to ignore.

Oh, and what kind of car do you drive. We'll be waiting!
