I absolutely love this store. The owner, Rachel is not only helpful in making a selection for the perfect gift, but a charming happy person. Great selection, great prices.

Tula and Tupi is the best place to get all your kids birthday presents plus some of the prettiest little girl dresses in town. Rachel is so helpful, professional and sweet - have known her for 8 years and will continue to shop here frequently!

I was Rachel's hair client from the M Salon on Fuller Street up until she opened her boutique a few years back. I agree, she's great.
