Christmas Garland-making party
There is a garland-making party at the Windisch-Hunt Gallery (2911 Grand Avenue) on Tuesday, November 10 at 6 pm. This is for making garland decorations for some of the light poles around town.
The large, new, very high poles will have the snowflake blue and white banners, which were already ordered, and believe it or not, there are still about 75 of the smaller gaslight-style poles, which will hold garland-style decorations. These are the ones being made at the garland-making party on Tuesday.
The goal is to have all the garland and banners up by November 21.
