The Dinner Key Municipal Mooring Facility's grand opening ceremony is tomorrow, November 2, 2009 at 10:00 am.
The new facility lies just offshore from the Dinner Key Marina, at the Seminole Boat Ramp area.

For the environment, this is great news. Up until now there has been no sanitation code for anchored vessels. Biscayne Bay just got a little help from the City.
I am usually a strong critic of Miami government but I am thankful to the folks who put this together.
