Blu Moon offering art classes and workshops
Brian F. Call will be instructing two classes at the Blu Moon Studio (3444 Main Highway) of Art in November.
From November 3 through December 1, each Tuesday, learn the art of Stained Glass; the Lead Came technique. The five-week class is designed to teach the techniques of lead came including pattern preparation, safety, cutting the lead came and soldering it together. Class is from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Price is $150.00.
Introduction to Photography runs from November 5 through December 3. Each Thursday, learn camera basics, like F-stop, shutter speed and ISO as well as image histograms for digital cameras and how to read them. This class is from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Price is $150.00
On Sunday November 8, there is a Mandala Workshop at Blu Moon from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Create a personal Mandala in colored pencil, no drawing experience needed. The image to the left is a Mandala. The cost is $35 and includes refreshments and all materials. Please RSVP to reserve a space. Workshop is limited to 15 participants.
