Apparently the recent drug bust in the Village West has taken all the excitement away from the neighborhood.

Hi, Grape. Is this for real? It sounds like a hoax. Are the cops now doing the dealing? While I wouldn't be suprised with this new group, it strikes me that the new drug center would be at the Quik Stop on Byrd Avenue where the police officers hang out all day.
I was there today, and didn't see any unusual action.
In any event, in these difficult economic times, the police do need to augment those $100,000+ salaries. Now if Manny can only get their profits from drug sales included in their pension calculations, that would be great.
A Hoax in what way? The cops are always undercover in Village West. They aren't talking about Bird Road. They are talking about Grand Avenue.
Phew! I'm glad my drug dealer didn't get busted. But then again, he lives in the "expensive" part of the Grove!LOL
I agree with anon 6:12 when will they target the other Grove areas where there are dealers. Word has it North Grove has at least 2 living in da nice hood.

I live in the grove and two of my neighbors are drug dealers. They're white jewish guys. Maybe they need to focus on center grove.
The War on Drugs is such a success that they've found 90% of our money tests positive for cocaine. But it has brought us a better class of inmate.
