Excellent Pictures. Sadly, this is just one of the very, very few Spots left in the entire Cocoanut Grove (central North or South) where anyone can peek at some WaterFront Oasis.
Cherish and fight for this vista.
There are some who feel that this location is another money-making opportunity for the city to build even more boat slips to rent out, which would effectively choke out this precious view as well.
Does anyone remember Monty's back when it had a nice view of the bay?
