Hotel with no name?
The word going around is that the DoubleTree Hotel in Coconut Grove will change flags, meaning they will not be a DoubleTree anymore.
They are suppose to turn into a Courtyard by Marriott. But the process takes a long time, so until then, the hotel may not have a name. Courtyards target the business traveler. As you know we already have a Marriott Residence Inn.

wonder what marriott will do with it. if its to become a courtyard they will need to remodel a lot of it.
I hope it goes Hotel-Condo like many of the other Courtyard by Marriott have done. Sorry no morgage money available for ANY Hotel Condo buildings. All Cash Only.
