The Mermaid Show starts tomorrow
The Mermaid Show starts at the Windisch-Hunt Gallery (2911 Grand Avenue) this weekend.
Artists and crafts people have been designing all sorts of mermaids for the exhibit. There was a call to artists in April for this summer project.
This is not a juried show and most mermaids are for sale.
The opening reception is Sunday, July 5 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Stop by if you're not all 4th of July-ed out.
These mermaids were created by Atena Komar.

ooh! I'm a huge collector of mermaids, I'll be there!
Thanks Tom for posting so much of my art... I feel like such a mermaid now!... I will be at the opening but only untill 5pm, I have to go to the airport and pick up the kids for their summer vacation with us... if they get through customs fast enough and are not too wiped out by the flight and jet-lag we will stop again before closing.
