TV talk . . .
A couple of us checked out Burn Notice late in the day yesterday, the crew, above, seemed to be wrapping up by the time we arrived.
They filmed in a quaint little area off of Jackson Street. I commented to a friend that one building looked very European. I doubt they were having the scene take place in Europe, but it was a nice location. My friend's house was scouted for a location shoot, so you know I'll be there if they end up there. They actually went out, looked around her place and may use it on a Burn Notice episode.
The crew was buzzing today, there was lots going on. We were commenting on how all these jobs will be lost if Burn Notice vacates Miami. So far, no one is talking on the subject.
Speaking of not talking on the subject, I popped into the Allure Salon on Main Highway and they still will not reveal anything about the reality show that was filmed there last month, Split Ends. But I think Alex, one of the hair dressers, was sent to another city and of course another hair dresser from that city came here. That's how the show works, sort of like that mommy swap show.
Which also reminds me, Super Nanny has been scouting the Grove and Miami for people to appear on that show. Are your kids brats that need Jo, the Super Nanny's touch? Reach them at: supernanny@shedmediaus.com or 323-904-4680, they are in town until May 20.

can we nominate other people with bratty children?
I had guessed that the filming was either CSI or Burn Notice... 1 out of 2 ain't bad!
