Make it a Coconut Grove Mother's Day weekend

antique
The Coconut Grove Hampton Inn has a Mother's Day Special -$129.99 per night, Saturday and/or Sunday, single or double occupancy. This includes a bottle of wine, arrangement of flowers and complimentary hot breakfast.

There is lots going on in the Grove this weekend. We have the free Jon Secada concert in Peacock Park on Saturday, May 9. There will be food, art and a fashion show. It starts at 4 pm.

The monthly Mayfair Antiques Market is open and it's free all weekend. Check out the goodies indoors and out. You may even find a cool one-of-a-kind Mother's Day gift for Mom there.

The Barnacle Under Moonlight Concert Series features Grant Livingston in concert on Saturday night at 6 pm. Admission: $7 ages 10 and up; $3 ages 6-9; under 6 are free. The Barnacle is at 3485 Main Highway.

Many restaurants have special Mother's Day deals and even deals on Saturday for lunch and dinner. Stroll around and explore the shady tree-lined streets. Check out the Bookstore or the waterfront parks.

Please note, it is not a Jon Secada concert on Saturday. The event, Mother's Day Groove In The Grove will also feature Maxi Priest, a world-wide respected (and Platinum selling) artist.
Let us give the complete story.

Onward!
