Perfect night for Coconut Grove First Saturday Art Stroll
Dylan Terry, local artist, brought a bunch of items into the Windisch-Hunt Gallery yesterday, part of tonight's art opening as part of the First Saturday Art Stroll.
He had lots of blue paintings, for the "The Everything and Anything Blue" project and also 10" x 10" canvases for that project.
The 10" x 10" art is a great way to start collecting in a small way. Prices go from $35.00 to $100.00 and many local artists have created works, in different styles. The size is perfect for small areas in your home like kitchens and children's rooms or even offices.
They make great one-of-a-kind gifts. It's real art at a reasonable price.
The Art Stroll starts at 7 pm tonight and don't forget the new feature at the Mayfair plaza -- over 30 artists and musicians will be on hand.
All the other galleries in the village will be exhibiting new art. Stop in for a drink and enjoy some culture.
