New bakery on fast track for Saturday opening
I stopped by the new Sweet Dreams Bakery on Commodore Plaza.They aren't open yet, but are planning to open this Saturday. It seemed like there was a lot of work still to be done, so we'll see how that goes.
Hope they get rid of the large gaudy chandelier that is still in the center of the room. You can barely see it this photo, but it's the big gold circular thing at the top.

Wishing them all the best. Just tell the owners to be aware of a guy in Miami called Guido, short guy in his fifties, gray hair, pretends to be Italian when he is Latin American, he says he is a restaurant expert/consultant and will try to act like a deal maker, by finding amazing deals, placement of wine and other products etc.
